We have been going to La Tortilla for 13+ years! Everyone we take here LOVES the food and margaritas! Best Mexican food we eat! The owner and staff have turned into our extended family. We celebrate everything here... birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, promotions, etc!! It’s out regular hang out spot for us and our friends! Roll Tide!

Great customer service and food is delicious

Seats were uncomfortable, tortillas were soaked in grease, and the chips weren't fresh. Service was not great (we had 3 servers throughout the night). The queso was VERY runny. The soda was good though. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I ordered their Margarita and chili rellano. It was really good and I'll be ordering that again.

7pm on Monday night. Food and service were both terrible. The trio was soupy and super greasy. The server slung it onto the table and the "soup" went everywhere. Never saw her again. Left half of it because it was so gross. When we checked out (had to go to the register to get our ticket) and the cashier asked if everything was ok, we said no. She walked off and talked to someone, then finally came back and tabbed us out. No acknowledgment of our issues. NONE. It's pretty sad because this placed used to be really good.

Used to be good, been going here for years. Cheese dip might as well be colored water, I thought it was a one time thing but 2 more times after its still just as bad.

If you want Mexican food and you're local, go for it. It's pretty good

The servers are great and the Fajita bowl is awesome!

They don’t give you guacamole with your fajitas very little rice and beans and a dollop of sour cream which looked like the box had been dropped,the meat so tough you can’t chew it. No lettuce or sour cream with chimichanga. I called and the lady really wasn’t concerned I had problems. They have lost a customer for sure I won’t be back !!!

Staff was prude and food was cold n late. No fresh ingreadenc was in guacimioley.

Great service. Food came out fresh and quickly. Servers were friendly. I like that there is outdoor seating available. Indoor atmosphere is dark, but decorated nicely. I got the Steak Tacos with sliced avocado, chopped onions and cilantro and it was GREAT! The flavor was so good! The cheese dip is also good. My husband got the daily lunch special and loved it. We will probably be back when we are in the area again.

The food is always absolutely excellent, only to be topped by the prompt friendly service. The wait staff goes out of their way to please you. The margaritas are delicious and the daily specials are a full portion. Thumbs up.

Place is without a doubt best in town. Food is good and comes out quick. Staff is friendly. Excellent spot to grab lunch and sit on the patio. Sadly no bar for happy hour

Service was good, good was delicious! The only negatives were, it took quite a bit to get our food, and we had to chase down or waitress for our bills. Overall good experience.

The food is good but not worth the time it takes to get service it takes at minimum 30 minutes to get a waitress to even get your drink order and get you your chips or salsa. Then having to wait for them to come back and take your order or refill your drinks, salsa and chips. It's got Poor Poor service I would rather go get fast food than sit down there and eat or cook at home then to go back there.

Great place for a quick lunch. Good selection and service.

The staff is rude. It took us 15 minutes for someone to get our drink order and the food is terrible. The enchiladas have 1 tablespoon of meat and the rest of it is onions. The cheese dip is watery. Will definitely not be going back. El Comal is 1 exit up and 100% better.

Best Margarita I've Had In A Long Time

We arrived and the parking lot was full. I expected to have to wait, but was pleasantly surprised that there was a lot of seating and that a table was available. The menu is your standard fare of dishes available at most authentic-style Mexican restaurants. I ordered the burrito combo, my wife ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla, and we ordered chicken fingers and rice for our daughter. We were all very pleased with our food. It arrived promptly and tasted great. It was busy so it took a little longer than I would have liked to get our refills, but overall we had a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. I would give 4.5 stars, deducting a half star for the slowish service, but can only give 4 or 5. I will round up to 5 because the server was friendly and overall we enjoyed our meal.
